The luxury offered on board the Deccan Odyssey is equivalent to the best in the world. There are 21 coaches with travellers occupying twelve of them. The rest are occupied by a conference car, two dinning cars, two generator cars with luggage store, one staff car, one spare car, one spa car and one bar car.
The travellers' saloon are aesthetically decorated with facilities like attached toilet, running hot and cold water, shower, wall to wall carpet, channel music, intercoms and CD/MP3 players. An attendant is
always present to cater to your little needs.

Day 1 -Wednesday :
Board Deccan Odyssey from Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus, Mumbai. Depart for Sindhudurg. Dinner on board.
Day 2 -Thursday :
Visit Sindhudurg Fort, Tarkarli Beach Resort, a Cashew factory Dhamapur village. Breakfast and dinner on board. Lunch at Tarkarli beach resort. Depart for Goa
Day 3 - Friday :
Sightseeing in Old Goa - the churches that have been designated the status of world heritage sites - the Basilica of Bom Jesus, St. Francis Xavier, Se Cathedral, St. Francis of Assissi. Also explore Fontanhas the Latin quarters at Panjim. In the evening enjoy Goan culture and traditional meals.Breakfast and lunch on board.
Day 4: Saturday :
Arrival and sightseeing in Kolhapur city. See the New Palace, Mahalaxmi Temple & Shalini palace. Enjoy the traditional martial art Mardani khel with other cultural programme at Shalini Palace. Also go for shopping of the famous Kolhapuri saris and jewelleries in the palace.
Depart for Daulatabad. Breakfast, lunch and dinner on board.
Day 5: Sunday :
Visit the majestic Daulatabad fort and the famous Ellora caves. Further move to see the replica of Taj Mahal - Bibi ka Maqbara. Depart for Chandrapur Railway station. Breakfast, lunch and dinner on board.
Day 6 : Monday :
Arrival at Chandrapur Railway station and visit to Tadoba National Park in a jeep. Depart for Bhuswal. Dinner on board.
Day 7 - Tuesday :
Explore the Buddhist Caves of Ajanta that have desgnated the status of world heritage sites. Depart and arrive at Nashik. Visit the holy Panchawati Ghat and Kala Ram Temple. Depart for Mumbai. Farewell dinner on board.
Day 8 : Wednesday :
Arrival at Mumbai railway station. End of the journey.
